This app works great. I almost didnt download because of the reviews but the update works perfect and it gives me one less place to look for books and movies I want to see.
You have to login via Facebook for it to even work, so thats useless for me right off the bat (and would have been nice to know so I didnt waste my time). Its also for iPhone only, so iPad users can ignore it.
Between Evernote, the revamped Notes app for iOS 9, and the other gazillion todo apps out there, this app is redundant... As well as too inflexible to be truly useful. It needs an edge, as well as more customizability.
Very intuitive and easy to use. I often loose track of what I intend to watch/read, Soon keeps it easily organized. Some key features are missing, such as customized categories and customized items.
Overall liking this app. The idea is pretty good. Some small changes would be welcomed. First, the ability to hide categories I would never use (bars), and the ability to link to safari website so when I am searching the Internet and come across an interesting book or destination, I could pull it into Soon. I came across a restaurant that I wanted to log into Soon, but no matter how I tried, it wouldnt find it and therefore I couldnt save it. I look forward to where this app is headed and hope people will see its value.
I love this concept and am not even overly concerned with the Facebook login issue, but the first things I wanted to put in it were a podcast and an app/game... no place for those :( Theres not even a category for music?! If I used this a lot I would also want to delete categories I never use. (Bars? Hotels? Please, I have a 2-year-old.) And why are restaurants and cafes two separate categories? Please update with more/customizable categories, and let us enter things that dont get search results, then it will be perfect! Until then its not really very usable.
I keep receiving "could not fulfill the request, received error 500". Im in DC, but when I try to enter any restaurant in New York it cant find it. I found that it only works if you type in an arbitrary zip code thats close rather than "New York city".
This app could be so much better. It is a good idea, but poorly executed. It is very hard to add places to my list. I wasnt able to add places in Ireland.
This sounded like a great idea for an app, but with Facebook login as the only option, Ill never know. Bummer.
Simple, beautiful, easy to use app.
Installed it and uninstalled it.
Which I do not have.
I really like this app. It would be even better is there was a category for apps or an option to add an additional category.
Was interested to try the app, but there is no way Im using anything that requires sign-in via FB. Really?
Cant even use the app cause Facebook is required.
Ive tried a few different apps to keep lists of what I want to do soon. Evernote, Notes, etc. This one is nice because it keeps them sorted out. My only complaint is that there are too many non-notification notifications.
I dont have Facebook and this app inexplicably makes that a prerequisite to using it. I really like the idea just bummed I cant use it.
Facebook was a dealbreaker for me. My gf tried it a bit longer, but had to uninstall since it drained the battery quickly. Too bad, sounds like a cool idea.
Wish I could add a song instead of only an artist or album.
